Croatian community of Food Technologists, Biotechnologists and Nutritionists publish scientific-professional journal entitled as „Croatian Journal of Food tech, Biotechnology and Nutrition“.
Journal addresses areas mentioned in name. Journal is posted two times annually as dual numbers.
Editor-in-chief for the journal is Professor emeritus, Damir Karlović, Deputies Editor-in-chief tend to be Ph.D. Branko Tripalo, complete Professor and Ph.D. Jadranka Frece, Associate Professor who is also Executive editor. Editorial board is is made of distinguished scientists and professionals from Croatia. Journal also has international editorial board contains nine boffins from Europe.
As book given by Croatian Society of Food Technologists, Biotechnologists and Nutritionists, log brings factual statements about tasks within committees, branch offices and people in the Society as well. Besides publishing complete medical reports, brief articles about news in area, reviews of new publications and diary of events tend to be covered.
Croatian Journal of Food tech, Biotechnology and Nutrition is economically supported by Ministry of Science, Education and Sports of the Republic of Croatia.
